We are so glad we couldn't get a place at a restaurant because we would not have discovered Silvana and Pierro's genuine and delicious Italian cuisine. “I hate the Trafford Centre. Full of zombies . The only saving grace to this place is this exceptional eating establishment. Have been braving the traffic and been coming here for years . The ambience, even though it is situated in a very busy shopping mall is lovely. The decor is superb with copies of famous art plastered everywhere - but now the food . The food is lovely , little Italian tapas dishes. So basically you can order and taste a multitude of things all exceptionally cooked. The devils temple does have its benefits. Bravo Pesto.”

“I went to The Lost Dene for Breakfast and later to watch the football. The Staff there were really polite, helpful and chatty which was great. The food was good and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend The Lost Dene to all.”

“What an amazing meal. We came in on Saturday night and were warmly greeted by the manager Andy. It was my mums birthday and the table was set up with a birthday balloon to add a special touch to the occasion. starters were so nice, especially the parmo croquettas! The steaks were equally as tasty and so flavoursome, and with or without extra sides, we all were stuffed by the end. Our server Emily was very friendly and polite and made sure everything was all good with the meal. They even brought out a birthday board for my mum to finish off the night. 100% recommend, thank you for the great night!”

“Found this place a couple of months ago and never looked back!!! It's not the usual type of place my wife and I normally go for food but we were on our way back from an Alice Cooper gig and it was one of the only places open. Had a chicken and donner naan and wow, taste sensation is an understatement, my wife had a spicy chicken burger, she said it was better than her normal chicken legend at McDonald's, high praise indeed because she's been resting that for years. We've never looked back since, the food is amazing value, portions are huge, this place is a real hidden gem. We've now taken to coming here on a regular basis as our guilty pleasure. Highly recommended and the staff are great too boot, go, you'll not be disappointed.”

“15/03.. Dinner: Great service, wonderful food, and table service by Olivia - she was attentive, friendly and helpful. 16/03.. Breakfast - it's always wonderful when I stay at any hotel to know that kippers are available. They were good. The buffet breakfast is freshly cooked and attentively replaced. Cold meats, cereals, cheeses, fruit and pastries, and alternative milks readily on hand. Luiza's greeting on the front desk was friendly, attentive and with a welcoming smile. The restaurant was busy (7-7.45am), but all staff, including the trainee(s) were calm, not rushing; a specific mention also for Ndeye who waited on our table attentively, collected our plates/dishes when we had finished and asked if we would like more milk. Luiza told me it was only Ndeye's 2nd day... amazing.”

“Come here on a regular basis and while my daughter and husband are on the slopes I always grab a coffee and something to eat. Prices are reasonable which is an added bonus. Staff go above and beyond making sure tables are clean and tidy. Coffee is always hot and food it excellent. We have never once had bad customer service and are always greeted with a beautiful smile especially from Nicole.”
