“The goats cheese and King prawn linguine was delicious, on the pre fix menu that is served until 5.30pm. Would recommended pre-booking and asking to sit inside as there was a slight draft in the front seating area. The staff were excellent all evening and couldn't have been better!”

“This coffee shop is a great spot for co-working although you have to get down earlier in the day to secure a spot as it gets quite busy! You can probably find a seat around lunch time as people vacate but be quick. The music can be a little experimental but in the co-working area it's a little quieter so not too bothersome, and there's quieter spots if you need to take meetings. There's plug sockets under most of the booth seats and little lamps on each table. It was ideal in the heatwave as the air conditioning was a glorious escape and is an OK temp in winter but wear a jumper. All the staff are super lovely and friendly and although the coffees are slightly expensive you don't feel pressured to keep ordering while you work so I think it's fair. The cakes are great but would love more options for my sweet tooth and i havent eaten from the main menu yet. I love the coffee but my fave drink so far has been the roasted marshmallow hot chocolate which is a real treat...”

“This is a lovely, authentic (quirky), little Italian in Delph village. Lorenzo knows how to cook! If you want somewhere more authentic than a modern, standard restaurant with a huge menu, you really should give it a try, and support a small, local business. The pizzas are always great (no stuffed crust nonsense here) and the special, home made burger (2 delicious burgers in fact, in home made sourdough, not some floppy brioche, with skinny fries and slaw), was excellent. There's a review from a while back that refers to frozen food; absolute nonsense. Everything home made and cooked to order. Great food and service!”

“Hi Chris i deliver to you until you start to get advantage. is true was on one slice pizza out and you show to my driver when you complain and you didnt want to give him back pizza to show me you just ring me to receive another one from me free and not to give me the one back. you are getting 12” pizza with double mozzarella peperoni ham sweetcorn pinaple for 10 pound delivery including and in 20.25 min because you want fast and now because last time i sent pizza free now you try again to have 2 pizza for 10 pound. i didn’t expect that from you and you know why”

“Live around the corner from this pizza takeaway. It's not been open long so tonight we had the pizza takeaway and a garlic bread. First off ,real home baked pizza dough, second was the box was bone dry,no dripping grease under the pizza which was absolutely beut. The choice of garlic bread and pizza toppings are amazing. All in all.10/10 from me. New owners should be proud.”

“Have been here twice for afternoon tea. The first one (in December) was lovely, but unfortunately spoilt by finding out on the day we couldn't stay longer than an hour due to needing to prepare the restaurant for their Christmas parties. This was not explained to us when we booked. To be fair to them after we complained they got in touch straight away and offered us a complimentary afternoon tea. Our second visit was even better. A lovely selection of cakes and sandwiches, plenty of tea in a lovely setting. We will definitely go back.”

“Lovely public house with a great beer garden and an outside function room. Smallish car park with room for maybe 12 cars. Been living in the local neighbourhood for almost 13 years and never knew this existed. Well done for turning a small local pub into a great venue for small parties. Will be visiting again.”

“Came here on Sunday and got the "two for £20" deal on Sunday roast, amazed at the great quality and value for money. We were seated in one of the booths which was really comfy and we had plenty of room for 4 of us, there is perspex screens in-between all the seating making us all feel safe. Staff were really friendly and everything was a smooth operation. Can't wait to come back and have another roast.”

“We were ALMOST put off by the recent reviews... but decided to go anyway and I'm so glad we did. They are very upfront about the limited menu, and new staff still being in training. We ordered 14 meals, with a few extra sides/starters and everything came out together, well presented, hot and in reasonable time. I had the "Seasoned Bird" chicken burger, it was great! We then went in the soft play for an hour or so, the kids (4, 6 & 7) loved it! Could have maybe done with an extra member of staff in the attached cafe, the lady running it was lovely, she signs everyone in, takes your orders and prepares the hot drinks... she will sleep well tonight! Recent reviews make it clear they've had their fair share of teething problems... but don't let that stop you from going!”

“Brilliant pub, quiet and peaceful, with a great history! Used to be a music hall back in the 1800's so has been there for a long time. If you want a quiet drink or catch the footie it's a great place to go. Also a great place to have meet ups and functions too! They have a nice little back room that our theatre company rehearses in from time to time and they are always very nice and accomodating! Seriously can't praise this place enough!”

“I can't rate Sorento Pizza enough! I was let down by my pizza van caterer a week before my party and Sorento were able to save the day with less than 1 week's notice! My order of 50 14inch pizzas didn't faze them at all. I ended up adding an extra 6 pizzas to the order the day before and it was no problem! The mammoth order of pizzas were delivered on time and were piping hot and more importantly they were delicious and all of my party guests commented on this! Thank you so much Sorento!!!”
