“Absolutely gorgeous and mouth watering, every piece of the meat had its special taste, i usually dont like meats but i fell in love with them instantly, sirloin was very soft and juicy and literally melting in my mouth, lamb chops itself full of flavour, and chicken steak as you would think this would get dry but it was very juicy and soft, i would definitely recommend this place as everything was made right infront of me , very fresh and tasty, its a very new business so definitely give it a try,”

“First time visit to this place and had a fabulous time. The menu has a really good selection of starters and tapas dishes to choose from. As a party of 4 we all chose 3 dishes each which was plenty, the food was really tasty and cooked well. I've had tapas at other places which haven't been as good as it was here. The service was very good as we didn't have to wait long for the dishes and they all arrived together. None of us had any desserts as was comfortably full after. We had the red house wine which was really good but a little on the expensive at £19.50 a bottle. The food is reasonable priced per dish depending on your choice but all the drinks such as a glass of small brandy is quite expensive considering its in Sale. They had entertainment on, 3 guys playing Spanish music which was very good as all live. I would return as we all enjoyed the food with good service.”

“Casa is like a second home to me, my family have been going here ever since they first opened, every birthday every Christmas we are there, the food is out of this world! My favourite is the half cheese half tomato garlic bread and the tagliatelle supreme!! I could go on. The customer service is excellent they are so friendly and try to have laughs with everyone! Casa nostra is the best Italian I’ve ever been too! Even when we get it to takeaway it is just like being in the restaurant itself!”

“It's a great locals pub, The landlord is clearly trying hard! The pub has regular changing cask ales and a good choice at the bar, but if this pub is not supported like so many others all this will be wasted! Support or lose! Check opening times & go and enjoy a few drinks in a great pub.”

Initially got a chipped wine glass but when sorted the wine was beautiful and the steak out of this world. The chef was kind enough to give us the ingredients to the anchovy butter sauce that we can't wait to replicate. Not to be missed !”

“Haven't been here for a while due to moving out of area, they have recently renovated and expanded and the place looks fab. The food was so excellent tasted beautiful couldn't fault anything really. The meat was all beautifuly cooked and perfectly flavored it was busy and great atmosphere despite being a Monday. We will be back next time in the area! All I would say is we really fancied a creme Catalan or something similar for dessert get that added to the menu and this would be perfection!”

“Just walk-in to this restaurant around the corner of city center, a small entrance and it’s not big inside. Luckily not many people on Sunday afternoon. Very traditional and classic Italian style decor inside for dining area, with an English bar table reception. A number of choices on wine and drinks, but would love to see more selection for red wine. Several choices on starter, ranging from soup to bread and salad mostly. Didn’t tried the main, but the pasta section is enough to pick your favourable one although don’t know why risotto is classified under pasta. Food quality is exceptionally good. Of course you can’t compare it to those Michelin 3 stars restaurant as the price for food in this restaurant is more affordable. But considering the price and food quality, it is very value for money. I tried the Ravioli All’ Ara Gosta, it’s like Tortellini with Lobster meat crunch inside. Very special and good match with tomato and bisque sauce. The minestrone soup is rich with vegetables which I recommend personally. I don’t like the Pate much as the chicken liver taste very different from Foie gras, but given it is my first time to try chicken liver, why not give myself a trial.”

“Popped in here yesterday, Saturday. Busy. I chose the veggie pizza with my favourite veg, aubergene. It was, ABSOLUTELY SUPERB, CRISP AND DELICIOUS. THE NICEST PIZZA EVER tasted in my life, and I'm 56! Recommend to book. Staff really really friendly n nice.”

“Well I love this place. Food was brilliant if a little expensive and it took a while to arrive as it was really busy. Mix up over the drinks was put right soon enough. The cafe has been taken over by the shop co-located with it. Results are great. Staff were lovely and they also have raised over £1000 for the victims of recent terror attacks.”

“It's just a lovely pub. The welcome is good, the beer is very good and the food is excellent. Four-spice chicken curry with half and half chips and rice was particularly good. Have eaten here several times over the years and the high quality has been maintained. Worth travelling some distance!”
