"Great covid-19 defence in place. Staff lovely with good attitude to patrons and each other. Plenty of customer service and interaction. Limited menu but well presented fresh food. Shame there is no tomato juice! LOL. Starters came out quickly and mains not long after table clearance. Fish was cooked to perfection with light crisp batter. Mushrooms had just the right amount of cream and garlic."

"Have been here twice for afternoon tea. The first one (in December) was lovely, but unfortunately spoilt by finding out on the day we couldn't stay longer than an hour due to needing to prepare the restaurant for their Christmas parties. This was not explained to us when we booked. To be fair to them after we complained they got in touch straight away and offered us a complimentary afternoon tea. Our second visit was even better. A lovely selection of cakes and sandwiches, plenty of tea in a lovely setting. We will definitely go back."
