“The whole experience of Greengate is excellent. From booking a viewing, moving and asking for help when it’s needed. All staff members have been friendly and helpful. They are always there when needed for help and advice. I don’t think I’ve had to wait more an hour to get a response from and email or a maintenance request. Staff were helpful when helping with my moving van when we moved in, helping us with parking spaces and quick access to the building. The gym is excellent and they have a great 24hr concierge, who again, have kind and helpful staff at hand to help. One thing that I’ve found quite cool is everything is managed through the free GreenGate app. Messages, maintenance requests, gym bookings amongst many other things are all done through the app. Simple and convenient. Does the job. I have rented in many places around the country in my life and the GreenGate experience has been my best by far.”

“I've rented a room in a houseshare from SnugPads over the past two years and have never had cause to complain. The landlords and their team have been excellent, professional, and always promptly dealt with maintenance issues. The house itself is cleaned twice a month; and with all bills and utilities included, renting has been a hassle-free experience. This was the first room I took after moving to Manchester as a medical student and I've stayed here since. Whilst I initially had reservations about entering a houseshare for the first time, these were placed immediately at ease after I met them and viewed the property. I settled in very quick with all her help, showing me around the complex and making me feel welcomed. The apartments are very cosy and spacious, I stay in a 1 bedroom and I can say it’s the perfect size, with good storage facilities and the design layout of the apartment is perfect. “My partner and I moved into Anaconda Cut this week. We’re so happy with the apartment and the view. All of the communal areas are well presented and have a nice finish too. My main reason for posting this review is to feedback about Elle who has been absolutely amazing from the minute we got in contact. I’ve moved around and rented around 6 times previously and I’ve never known such care and professionalism from building management/resident teams. Nothing has been too much trouble. We’ve been kept up to date with everything we need to know at exactly the right time, she has always been available to answer questions and is excellent at providing calm throughout what can be a really stressful process. We felt welcomed before even stepping foot in the building and it was lovely that she came to meet us herself when we checked in. Elle is an absolute star and AC, as well as it’s residents, are very lucky to have her. Thanks so much for everything!”

“Stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. Had to book last minute, as a previous letting agent cancelled. I was sent check-in instructions promptly and had no issues checking in myself (there is no reception desk but they send you very clear instructions on how to self-checkin). The room was spotless clean (kudos to the cleaning and maintenance team). Everything you could possibly need was available inside, from tea/coffee, microwave/oven, fridge, basic cutlery, etc. There was TV and free wifi too. Would definitely stay again in the future.”
