"Was interested in one of their properties to let. The automated system when you call their number is absolute rubbish and tells you to fill out a form instead of connecting you to the right people. When I did eventually get a call from an agent, she was rude and demeaning. Edit: It seems apparent that whoever is responding to the bad reviews likes to make excuses for their behaviour. Any problem with my application does not warrant terrible customer service to anyone. There are better agencies than this company. Save yourself from the pain from dealing with these people"

"I understand we were late by 10 minutes but Mr. H was extremely rude and condescending. He also taught me how to read my mails. I’m okay with that as I was late by 10 minutes but I won’t tolerate disrespect and rudeness. We were in and out of the house in 3 minutes. How would you decide in 3 minutes? Who makes back to back appointments in realtor business? As a customer I want to see and feel if I could live in the house but Mr.H made it easy. No more quay properties for me. If possible ask him to read how to treat a customer properly. If I can I would give zero stars."
