THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES AND WILL GO WELL OVER THE LEGAL REQUIREMENT WHEN IT COMES TO REFUNDING DEPOSIT. THERE ARE FAR BETTER AGENCIES THAT KEEP THE PROFESSIONALISM ALL THE WAY TO THE END. AS FOR X1, SAVE YOUR SELF SOME STRESS AND GO ELSEWHERE. MAYBE NOW THEY WILL TAKE MY CONSTANT UPDATES ON MY DEPOSIT SERIOUSLY. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER FOR EVERYONE TO SEE THE STRESS I HAVE BEEN PUT THROUGH UNDER X1. BEFORE 10 DAYS PASS, BY LAW YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SEND ME THE DEDUCTIONS COSTS ETC. ITS 11 DAYS AND I HAVEN'T HEARD NOTHING. I HAVE FOLLOWED UP EVERY SINGLE DAY UP UNTIL NOW. MAYBE THIS WILL OPEN THEIR EYES."

"Moved into the property over 6 weeks ago, a newly refurbished property, contract started over 8 weeks ago. Still chasing issues regarding our water, which has stemmed from day one, in various issues. Told it will still be a week and maybe longer until resolved. Not sure why there were issues that were not addressed before having tenants move in. Honestly, not the best first impressions, but hopefully things get better"

"Solid apartment and nice area however AVOID TALL BALD MAN TYPICALLY SEEN IN ORANGE COAT at ALL COSTS. ALSO COMMONLY RIDING A BLACK SCOOTER. if you do not you are at RISK of him telling you all about him DEMONS INSIDE and him trying to give you his MEATBALLS IN SAUCE cause he cooked too many."

"Stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. Had to book last minute, as a previous letting agent cancelled. I was sent check-in instructions promptly and had no issues checking in myself (there is no reception desk but they send you very clear instructions on how to self-checkin). The room was spotless clean (kudos to the cleaning and maintenance team). Everything you could possibly need was available inside, from tea/coffee, microwave/oven, fridge, basic cutlery, etc. There was TV and free wifi too. Would definitely stay again in the future."

"Fire alarm went off next door for an entire day including all night which meant I didn’t sleep. The handling of the situation was utterly ridiculous. No one had a clue what to do. Apparently didn’t have a key to the apartment even though it’s in their building. Never been so baffled in my life over how poor this was taken. The place itself was spotless and a lovely place to stay if someone knew how to unlock a door in their own building"
