I've tried. No response. I cant get out of the house to return the boots so I'm stuck with a pair of boots that arnt the size they state they are. Why is it at new look the shoes/ boots are smaller than anywhere else. I'm disgusted. Shame on you new look. I understand y the shops shut due to covid. But when you cant get out to send them back. Its disgusting. No contact number either which there should be. I'm not happy at all.. and if I do manage to swap the boots what am I meant to do go for a size 6 when I'm in 4 so they fit,??? Fuming is an understatement”
