The initial design meetings with Rob were very thorough & Rob worked with us extensively to ensure that our bespoke kitchen matched our needs & taste exactly. Being able to use the Virtual Reality headset to see our kitchen design in 3D & virtually move around it was extremely beneficial to perfecting our design together. The details clearly matter to Kemp Kitchen Design Studio, from the best storage solutions to the choice of handles, & this shows in the high quality finished product. The fitters, Richard for the kitchen & Harry for the utility room, were very professional & ensured that we were consulted & satisfied with their work at each stage of the process. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kemp Kitchen Design Studio & are looking forward to using & spending time in our new multifunctional, stylish spaces.”

“Lovely food, friendly warm feeling around this restaurant. The food was excellent, well priced. The starters and mains were delicious, I can be very fussy wrt cheese boards but No 4 are all over this, no cheese straight out of the fridge here, all beautifully presented, correct temp, ready to eat and enjoy! Our second time but will definitely return. Occasion: wife's birthday, went down v nicely thank you, the fudge gift was a welcome and thoughtful touch.”

“Another visit another comfy stay. Initially given incorrect rooms but attended to very well by front desk. Great breakfast and friendly service. Bar service again a bit hot and cold. Not sure why but still to be made to feel welcome and comfortable by the staff in there ?”

“We have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and it is always a great experience. Clean, modern rooms and a good bar/restaurant. Perfect location for events at the AO Arena or if arriving via train into Manchester Victoria. Car parking is £15.00 for 24 hours (a five minute walk from the hotel). Lastly, the staff have always been friendly and professional. All in all it’s a great hotel in a great location for visiting central Manchester.”

“Loved our experience at Gaucho. Some items were not photographed as it was all gobbled up too quickly! Place is lovely and the service excellent. Honestly, customer service is top notch; our waiter was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We had the fillet and another type of steak recommended by staff. We got a side of truffle mac & cheese, chips, and rocket salad which were all very delicious. The cheesecake dessert was the best we ever tried & the brownie was average to be honest. Theres a lovely selection of drinks that is inclusive of those who do not prefer alcohol as well. It was a fantastic experience & we will definitely be coming again.”

“Nice Thai food. We had crispy Prawns to start, and Thai Calamari. Both nice & flavoursome. Good portion sizes. For mains we had Rosa's wok fried rice we had half chicken and half Prawn (requested by us. Happly changed to meet our needs) Staff are lovely, warm and accommodating especially the young lady who served us she was new and was 100% lovely. Oh we wine, a cocktail and soft drinks. No complaints.”

“This location has two Hyatt's the Hyatt House & Hyatt Regency. Offers free breakfast, the Laureate restaurant is excellent! The rooms are beautiful and large. We stayed in the Bed & Breakfast part of the Hyatt House room 1316. The rooms were up to date and very clean.”

“Very reasonable price and fantastic location. Room was spotless and good amenities. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Free wifi and tv in each room. Also spotless. If I had to fault, the maid walked in in the morning at 8am, she did knock and walk in but I didn’t think I would need to put the “don’t clean” sign on the door as we were only staying one night. But overall a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again!”

“I came from London to watch a football game, the Hotel is right next to the Tram station, St Peters Square which was amazing and made everything easy, also is was like an 8min walk to the Shopping Centre and all other shops which made it easy. The Hotel staff were nice, the lounge was chilled and comfortable, the room was modern, clean, a bit on the small side but doesn't really matter since I'm not living there, the bed was so so comfortable and a clean and powerful shower. I've been to Manchester a few times now and this was the first time I stayed in this hotel and I will definitely be making it the hotel I stay at from now on.”

“After staying here with my husband in the summer we returned last weekend to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel is really great, central location so easy walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops and just round the corner from Chinatown and the Gay Village. Both times the rooms have been lovely, we went for a bigger room the second time we visted as the standard rooms are a bit small (but very comfortable). The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the hotel even set the room up with a special complimentary anniversary treat for us. Breakfast and the bar are both nice too. Price is reasonable for a nice, central hotel and having stayed at a lot of different hotels in Manchester I'd recommend it as a fun place to stay. We will definitely be choosing to stay here again next time we're in the city!”

“Great cinema, probably one of the best I’ve been to. Went to see John Wick and the price was very good. What made it was the spacious & comfortable reclining leather seats, large drinks holder trays which fit my drinks, snacks and handbag! It was so comfortable I even took my shoes off and got super cosy. You can also get alcoholic beverages to take into the theatre! I’ve never seen this before so it was a nice added touch. Would recommended.”

My partner dropped it in that it was birthday and to my embarrassment but also delight she made the occasion that bit extra special. The food was also 10/10. Will definitely be back. Thanks again.”

“Vibrant area with plenty of restaurants. Arndale centre towers adjacent to the corn exchange which does not have a dedicated car park. Parking can be a nightmare for first timers. The adjacent shopping malls offer paid parking at a premium so allow some time to navigate the maze of road works, one way streets and the short walk to your destination.”

“I have stayed in numerous hotels in Manchester however this is has got to be the best one I have stayed at so far! I recently stayed here for my friends birthday, the Guest Relations Manager was super accommodating and helped me setup my room for my friends birthday. She even kindly left a birthday card and small cake for my friend, thank you Viktorija. Exceptional 5 star service from all staff right from checking in right up until checking out and leaving the hotel. This was definitely a 5 star experience for myself and the welcome received from all staff was amazing. We had a small issue where our heating in the room was not working however the hotel accommodated promptly with a portable heater. Spa was also so beautiful and the overall look of the hotel is so aesthetically pleasing! 100% recommend this hotel, I don’t think I will book anywhere else now, it’s going to be my go to 5 star hotel. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you to all staff at The Edwardian this hotel is beautiful!!!!”

“Stayed for a few nights, service from the staff was outstanding, I have very rarely seen such a feindly and dedicated bunch of people. I had a minor heath issue with my wife while staying and the female on duty in the early hours of the morning was outstanding arrange taxi, making sure my wife was OK and supplying advice. This person went out of her way the next day to check up on my wife to ensure she was OK. The young staff working in the dinning area were so helpful and friendly. All staff went out of there way to help and make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel as a 5 star accommodation.”

“I booked the Maldron for my cousins 50th birthday and was impressed from start to finish. I checked in on line the day before, so everything was ready for us when we arrived. The reception staff were lovely, very friendly and courteous and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was ready when we arrived and were very pleased with our allocated room and although we could see train line from our window we never heard any trains. My sister in law wanted some extra coffee and a couple of extra hangers and we had only just put the phone down to reception and someone was knocking on our door with requested items.. First class customer service. We had booked breakfast for our stay and we were both very impressed with the quality and selection available. The staff in the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful and took the time check everything was as we liked. I would recommend the breakfast to anyone. We chose the hotel for its location to the train station and restaurants and bars we were frequenting over the weekend. Had a fabulous time and was very impressed with the hotel and its staff.”

“I had heard from family that this place was the place to go for a curry. I came in with pretty high expectations. Those expectations were easily exceeded. The restaurant is beautiful decorated, the hello upon arrival and the smiling friendly service was fantastic. “I was greeted almost immediately upon entering, by a lovely gentleman who asked me what I was looking for. He spotted my awe in the vast size of the bottom floor. I was given a very warm welcome and felt like a VIP. Chose the stairs as I was not too high up. Amazing place, quite surreal in that despite its size, there is still a personal hospitality from all of the staff, not impersonal. I was blown away.”

“Really enjoyed my stay here. Clean, comfortable and quiet despite being pretty busy. What I really appreciated was the fact it appears to have enough staff. Ever since the pandemic we've had to deal with places being understaffed and all the negatives that brings. Here, you don't have to sit and be patient as some under-trained, overworked teenager struggles to accomplish basic tasks. There are enough people and they know what they're doing. They are also friendly in doing it. I'd definitely stay here again.”
