"Fantastic place to have a conference. We were well taken care of, the lady serving us was either called Lara or Lana and she was fantastic she kept us perked up with coffee and jokes throughout the day. Food was good especially the cauliflower wings, I don't normally eat anything like this but they were a revelation."

This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't regret it. The best location in Manchester City Centre! The customer service couldn’t have been better throughout the hotel, from the Reception Staff to the waiting teams. They really made a special occasion even better for our whole party. (Also, the breakfast is 10/10)"

"I was greeted almost immediately upon entering, by a lovely gentleman who asked me what I was looking for. He spotted my awe in the vast size of the bottom floor. I was given a very warm welcome and felt like a VIP. Chose the stairs as I was not too high up. Amazing place, quite surreal in that despite its size, there is still a personal hospitality from all of the staff, not impersonal. I was blown away."

"Decent location, spacious room, cleaning service was a bit questionable. If you are on the right side of the building you will get an incredible view! (See photos!) Cloud 23 at the top of the building is a great place for a few cocktails, that's a bonus! Great to have a pool on site, although you better make sure to book your slot in advance! I think they went a bit heavy on the chlorine in the jacuzzi as my skin struggled after!"
