Cafe on the Corner
● Closed“Three of us called in this cafe for our lunch . We sat at a table upstairs and were served quite quickly . The chargrilled chicken was really nice and you got plenty of it with rice and side salad Also I had a cheese, ham and onion panini which came with chips . We ordered Halloumi fries between us ( they were little oblong pieces of Halloumi rather than fries shape ) which was a nice change and were lovely . I would say the only thing to improve the service is to not clear the table before everyone has finished eating and also ask if finished before just taking the plates . I would go again and recommend this place .”

Tatton Park
● Closed“Really nice national trust park. Has a Cafe and lots of fresh farm produce shops available. Also has a farm and garden but I think they cost extra. Lots of wildlife to be seen along the trails. Only complaint is a lot of the trails are shared with cars and due to the location you often hear planes flying very low.”

Eastern Revive Knutsford
● Closed“When Eastern Revive opened in Knutsford, it quickly became a local’s favourite and a place where I always try and take visitors. Anyone who thinks they have a good curry house in their town, has never been to Eastern Revive. The place is now legendary in Bessenbach, Germany where it is the number one sight-seeing place to go for my German colleagues who come over regularly. Great portion sizes, authentic delicious food, lovely staff, Fish Nariyal is to die for (and I really am not a fish person, so if you are a Chicken Tikka Masala only person, give it a go!). A++ Go there, you wont regret it.”

Premier Inn Manchester (Handforth) hotel
● Open“Best welcome ever. This is an older premier inn, with actual keys. After a nightmare flight back from Frankfurt we arrived tired and annoyed but the guy at the front desk and the manageress in the back room just made our day. Both kind, friendly and chatty 10 out of 10. Even gave us 2 little bottles of wine. Unbelievable but what a random act of kindness. Yes the hotel is old but it's clean, beds still comfy, room has everything you need and staff on hand. Location is walkable into handforth which has pubs, restaurants and take aways. Location feels very safe. 10 minutes easy drive to the airport. Thanks.”
