Reviews
"There for a surprise birthday party. Lovely pub, delicious food and very pleasant atmosphere. Be aware the car park isn't very big and I ended up in the local car park which is free. All good except the pathway from car park to main road has no lighting as I found out in the dark as I returned to my car. Obviously nothing to do with Legh Arms but good to know especially for a lone female as I was."
"We have visited the Legh Arms for 3 years in a row now, the first time being on our wedding night during lockdown! The rooms are spacious & clean, Fittings and room facilities are to a great standard, and a lovely breakfast with lots of choice and attentive, helpful staff. Amazing value for money in the heart of a lovely village which has lots to offer!"
"Went to The Legh Arms for our monthly Book Club. Lovely pub and had a fab atmosphere. The bar staff were so friendly and accommodating. We asked if they could put a cheese board together for us, off menu, and that was no issue at all. The young barman was so super friendly. He would come over and make sure our drinks were topped up and as it was quieter, he carried out table service for drinks for us. Honestly, he made our experience so nice and is a credit to the pub. Sorry i can't remember his name. Would definitely recommend this lovely little village pub"
"We had the most amazing bacon & egg butties this week. The service was excellent, the staff welcoming and the pub itself is clean and cosy. We took our dog with us and she was made very welcome and enjoyed the biscuits they gave her! Would highly recommend and will be visiting to try the Sunday lunch now!"
"We stayed at the Legh Arms for a wedding nearby. The welcome and check in process was easy. Rooms are fantastic, modern and comfortable with enough space and facilities in the room. We had breakfast in the morning which was great and a good standard of food. The bar area is relaxed, comfy seating with fires and a chilled vibe. We will definitely visit again on a cold winters day for a warm and drink with the dog."
