“I was referred to this practice as I have a very violent gag reflex and it was felt that my treatment (replacing a front crown plus X-Rays) would be less traumatising with sedation. I was welcomed and put at ease by the lovely reception staff and the dentist was calming, informative and efficient. The sedation was amazing and I did not feel any discomfort at all. On the second visit, treatment was completed without sedation and the staff kept me really calm. I had no pain and the results were fantastic! I cannot praise this practice highly enough. “This morning I left my handbag on a bus on the way to an appointment - a total catastrophe as I’m going on holiday in a few days time and it had my purse with cash and cards and my Kindle in it. New Moon were able to send a taxi straight away so I could try to catch up with the bus at the terminus. The taxi driver kindly waited while I found the bus I’d been on and waited for the driver to finish his break and give me my handbag back. The taxi driver then got me back to my destination in time for my appointment. Thanks for the very kind service.”

“Roland's pharmacy on Alan Turing way is the best chemist I have ever used... They usually have everything I need and if not you can guarantee it will be there the next day...The pharmacist is very nice and nothing is ever to much trouble for any of the ladies I have found them all fantastic... One can track the car while it is on its way to come pick you up, and they message/ring you as soon as they arrive. Going to the airport is also a bit cheaper than others.
