"This used to be really reliable and proffesionial Pharmacy however they have left a disabled epileptic woman without and blaming the gp i get msgs everytine medication is ordered so i know what when and who its happened too many times also missed vital medications off when orderering from the gp some people rely on certain to function its dangetpus practice"

"Horrendous pharmacy, they sort prescriptions as and when people arrive which means the queue is always to the door. If you can choose any other pharmacy then absolutely do, the staff are useless and it's often understaffed."

"There’s always a large queue in this pharmacy, takes 30 mins before you’re served. Then once you’ve been served takes another 30-45 mins to wait for the prescription to be done. Would have my prescription sent over, then two weeks later it still wouldn’t be ready and would have to wait for it to be made and checked. Not worth the hassle!"

"This used to be the best pharmacy in my opinion. Over the past few months it has dramatically gone down hill, my husband and my prescriptions get sent straight to the chemist and was always ready waiting for us to collect. Not any more, you are left waiting in a packed waiting room, then half the time get told not in stock.. the staff have no customer service at all... I have read the previous reviews and responses and although it is stating changes are/have been made, I cannot see any. As soon as I get my current prescription sorted I will be changing pharmacist. I also agree with others who say the phone is not answered... and you need to update your page as it is showing as open today (Bank Holiday monday) when it is closed !!!"

"Shockingly slow service waiting over 30 mins for prescription but served another seven people who came in after me first while waiting for mine then was told don't have the full script when told it was ready. Update nipped back 10 minutes later as I needed to know when the remainder of the script would be in and guess what they found some tablets on another shelf talk about what was once a great pharmacy going down the pan. Sounds like they Don't know what they are doing or what stock they have."
