"Turned up on time at 13:00, the person coming was late and immediately went in the house without saying anything then 10 minutes later comes out and says “who had 10 past 1” yet there was 3 groups of us all for 13:00."

"Very basic old fashioned estate agents, communication isn’t great, lack of enthusiasm and nothing gets followed up. Not a single qualification in estate agency between them or a clue what’s going on for that matter. If you are wanting to sell a property, please use a larger company, fees will be higher but it will be well worth it to receive a much better service. The hideous red t-shirts the staff wear are more suitable for a fried chicken shop, they are not smart or professional attire for an estate agent. First impressions are everything, especially when carrying out a valuation."

"As a home owner renting out property with them I can add that they are not the most efficient when it comes to getting things sorted. Their communication is weak and they rarely acknowledge emails or return calls when promised. You have to badger them to get things done. They are very compliant when it's the tenants that wants something sorted."
