"Bought a pair of ear rings as a Christmas gift for my daughter only to discover a relative had done the same. I tried to exchange for the same pair in a different colour before Christmas to be told ear rings cannot be exchanged. Earrings had clearly not been worn. Although this is at the bottom of the receipt it is not pointed out to you or highlighted when you purchase. So beware. I will not be buying jewellery here again."

"Bought a £500+ bracelet for my mother last year for Christmas. She had it on her wrist for around 8 months and it broke. Took it in to get repaired which they said they would get in contact with me within the next 10 days and if there was a problem with the gold it would be repaired. I recieved an email a while after stating that "your repair is ready to collect". However when I rang up to check my bracelet was ready, as I was due to pick it up that day, I was told no repair had been done and they won't be able to do a repair as the bracelet it hollow. Now it's 6 days before Christmas and my mother had nothing. Thanks for the false hope."

"Reserved a watch online that said it would be available for collection today Monday 10th May but when I call up to see if its ready they said it would be nearly 2 weeks. This was for my mums 50th birthday so nice one. Wouldn't use this jewellers again."

"We bought my engagement ring from here, which I love. But we went back on Sunday to buy wedding bands. There were 10 mins late opening (staff could clearly see us waiting), so we went into a jewellers next door just for a browse. We ended up buying our wedding bands there instead. Early bird catches the worm, sorry!"
