Some of the best south Indian food me and the wife have ever had. This restaurant used to be something totally different called monal, we are local just being down the road. Tried it when it was monal, really dissappinting. Bad food and service, horrible atmosphere and very expensive. This is now under totally new ownership we were glad to find when we went in. We took in the menu and ordered a bit of everything that took our fancy. The curries we had were EXCELLENT. The naan, the onion bajis, the rice... All of it was high quality, cooked with care and fresh! So glad to have this place on our doorstep. The best bit? The Dosa! Incredible food. “We came in for dinner on a Tuesday. The weeknight evening set menu was a great deal with really fresh, tasty and authentic food in generous portion sizes. Service was also lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal - even had some leftovers to look forward to at lunch the next day! Highly recommended.”

“We went to this resteraunt Sunday evening after a recommendation from a friend....we were not disappointed! What a fabulous place we had a drink at the bar whilst we waited a few minutes for our table. The resteraunt itself is clean and very stylish it had a great atmosphere. There are a variety of dishes to choose from and you can see the cooking station from your table! Our food came quickly and was absolutely gorgeous! The staff are courteous and attentive we had such a lovely evening we will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend the Tiramusu delicious!!!”

“This studio apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, bright, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. “Incredible Food We took a gamble by travelling 26 miles after one of the lads watched a TikTok review of this restaurant. We were cautious upon arrival as the venue was empty so much so we ventured to a nearby restaurant and were told we should expect an almost 2 hour wait. Reluctantly We returned to this restaurant and were at this time the only ones in there, however we could see telephone orders being taken out by their delivery lad. After placing the order, starters and mains we waited a little while longer than what were normally used to but spotted the sign on the wall advising us that the food was being prepared in a coal oven grill explaining slightly longer cooking times. Staff were courteous snd smily throughout our visit. The food when delivered was without exception ‘amazing’ in a word, I’ll say it again AMAZING. Everything was hot, fresh and tasted quality. It’s rare that all of us would ever agree on the quality of food we ate but it was unanimously agreed that this was a great choice. Everything cooked just perfect, fresh and full of flavour. Whilst we was eating two other groups arrived which filled the atmosphere. I’m completely oblivious to why more people were not eating here. So much so asked the staff, they asked that I review the venue and here I am. We ordered, for starters the Halloumi, Cheesy Nachos and garlic prawns. For the main, two combo fillet meals boxes , a chicken burger, a ghost burger with cheesy chips … there was a little left over at the end however that was because the 4.5 of us were stuffed. Guys, I strongly recommend this place as a must go to if you like quality food at a good price. Thank you to the staff, both at the front and the back. We will be back. “Great restaurant for a family meal! We decided to book a table for the night we arrived at a campsite close by since we knew we wouldn't want to cook after setting everything up. Food was excellent and perfect for sharing - me and my son had the hog Mac and cheese which was delicious , and the frickles were particularly awesome! Everything here seems to be generously sized and the desserts were amazing - definitely need to have frozen custard again!”

“An amazing experience! The inside is decorated beautiful, the staff were so friendly and attentive and the food was divine. We had the takoyaki and fried tofu to start. After this we had the sushi set 1 (mixed fish sushi selection) and vegetarian sushi set (mixed vegetables selection) which was incredibly yummy, fresh and looked beautiful! We finished our meal with ice cream mochi and pancakes. In total the price was beyond reasonable (think under £60 for 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts and alcoholic drinks) Will definitely be back!”
