“Took my elderly Lakeland in for a nail clip and she was handled wonderfully. She has slipped disks in her back, doesn't like having them done and has a tendancy to jump off tables. She was handled so well as I was very concerned about her back, the ladies knew exactly what to do with her to keep her safe and get the job done. They were highly professional and so good with her, explaining to me what they were doing as they were doing it and let me watch which all helped me feel more comfortable with letting someone else handle her. Was so happy even booked her in for a groom as my groomers haven't opened. Even gave her a complimentary spritz so she smells wonderful until she gets groomed.”

“The place that offers great prices. Well stocked on most occasions if not all. Only issue can be finding free parking on nearby streets, unless you can walk down to store. Staff are always friendly and helpful - I once bought a few packs of kitchen roll and had to make 2 trips to the car - a member of staff looked after my purchases while I went out and came back.”

“My wife and I adopted a dog yesterday and travelled up to pets at home late on yesterday evening, as we were looking around for the essentials we needed to be ready for when our dog arrives, we were unsure of the dog crate we required so asked for some assistance, this is where we met Leah, being from a management background I could tell that she was either relatively new to the job or lacked a little confidence, Leah you needn't of been nervous you answered all of our questions fantastically and even upsold us a few items as we were going around the store, fair play to you, you are a credit to the store and we really appreciated your help, hopefully these reviews are read and recocognised by your management team, these days people are quick to put a bad review on but won't go to the effort to send praise when it's due, so well done Leah and thanks again .
