"After using this company for years for my dogs food we've decided we've had enough of the arrogant, rude and disrespectful male that answers the phone. After recently changing our dog food we spoke to a woman who was extremely helpful but when trying to reorder the male was everything I have labelled above. We will not be using this company anymore as they clearly don't respect there customers. This is not a one off but has happened on multiple occasions."
