"I acquired an IR Control Set three weeks ago. Expensive but fabulous. But I have yet to understand its proper functioning! The accompanying instruction booklet offers very scarce instructions. The shop from which I acquired the lamp agrees. I have written to Customer Care (Stateside) three times over two weeks, failing to solicit a response. Their support is pathetic!"
"Came here for snails which they didn't have but we decided to have a look around anyway. There were some lovely, healthy looking aquariums in the shop along with a range of unique fish, but only one thing I had a problem with: the beta fish tanks. All tanks were reasonably sized aside from the betta fish which were held in small jars dotted around the shop. They looked insanely depressed."
