“Overnight stay required, searched for hotels in oldham area, this was found to be in perfect location just off M62 Room was exceptionally clean with tea and coffee making facilities in room and ensuite, adjoining the hotel is a restaurant which caters for your evening and breakfast meals, has a pool room, kids play area and Bar. Reasonable check in and out times.”

“Absolutely excellent service from Joseph at the Oldham branch. He’s what a travel agent used to represent, happy, friendly and customer focused without being pushy at all with the “sales” . He honestly went over and above in helping me find the perfect holiday (and I gave him a task and a half that’s for sure but he never once lost patience). I visited 3 other travel agent stores and they really gave the impression of disinterest in both my holiday and their jobs. Very sad to be honest. People think the best deals are to be had online - but so much can go wrong that way - which is something I’ve past experience of. Barrhead travel bettered the prices I’d seen myself and got me a cracking deal with everything I asked for. I will be booking all my holidays with Barrhead Travel from now on, and I wish Joseph every success in his travel career.”

“We have been with the Simply Animals family for nearly 3 years. Gemma, Ryan and team have helped us right along the way, from puppy training, good citizen award, rally and Canicross. We also use Gemma and Ryan for daycare and home boarding. Sansa adores Gemma and I would not leave her with anyone else. I know she’s in safe hands. The facilities and friendly welcome you receive from the team is fabulous; they’ve made us feel part of one big happy dog family.”

“Hosts very welcoming as I arrived late and they organised a taxi for me . Bed was very comfortable clean and tidy room and bathroom. I was in awe at the view from the breakfast room / lounge - amazing views of the Diglea valley - sheep and lambs in fields - hens clucking around the car park . I chose my breakfast which was freshly cooked whilst I admired the views and peace . The hosts were kind and gave lots of information about the history of the area . A definite recommended from me .”

“Lovely holiday park. Sally and her team were superb and very professional. We stayed in one of the glamping pods. It was clean and suited us for the couple days. The environment was very quiet and calm when we were there(Easter weekend 22).Felt safe as well, frequent checks were done by security around the site. There's lots to explore in and around the area. The local Tesco is just a stone throw away. Our son enjoyed himself and that was the whole idea. Will visit this park again.”

“This week we were fortunate enough to have our wedding at The White Hart. The whole staff and establishment couldn't have done anymore for us. Their attention to detail on the day was impeccable and even the smallest request was delivered with such enthusiam and the team were so personable. Even when small hiccups occured before the day Charles and his dedicated team made us feel so valued and wen't completely out their way to get everything the way we wanted it. We had comments from our guests that the quality of the food was the best they have had at a wedding and the venue looked incredible with the roaring fire and it's naturally cosy atmoshphere. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly warm and cosy with all details thought of. We'd like to express our sincere thanks and couldn't reccommend this venue and team more to deliver your special day. The 3 for £10 starters were presented beautifully and were delicious, and our main courses were equally impressive. The portions were extremely generous, the landlord and the young lady on the bar were extremely friendly and helpful, the chef was lovely and everything was just perfect. One of the best meals out we've had for a long time!”

“Spent a lovely weekend here. Loved the shop. Jams, fresh milk and butter, Weather was on our side. Views was fab. The wet rooms was reasonably clean. Had a free bird show from a man flying his bird. The owner did say I could go over to him to see the bird, but I was in the middle of our dinner. You can hear a little road noise but that didn't put us off. We will return sometime soon. There is an adult only area but I prefer the main field. Love seeing family happy when their camping. .”

“Just got back from a one night stay and it was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were extremely helpful. After a long drive up from Bristol it was perfect to pop next door and have a couple of beers. The breakfast was great, they catered for the vegetarians amongst us with no problems. We will definitely be staying here again Thank you”
