She has been my regular dog walker for years (incredibly reliable and her flexibility has been an absolute lifesaver with my irregular work schedule), she has boarded both of my dogs on many occasions and I have attended multiple training classes. The puppy classes were particularly good, all training is non-aversive. She always answers messages and makes time to help with specific issues. Gemma has been brilliant with my rather nervous dog, Sven. Ryan and all the other team and Simply Animals are also super friendly and helpful :)"
