“Really had a perfect party thanks to the Blue Tiffin. Thanks for letting us use your function room. Everyone was at ease the moment we walked in, were really looked after, and were entertained from beginning to end. Nothing was too much. We had three course meals, and as a party of 50, I’m pleased to say that everyone’s culinary needs were deliciously met to perfection. We had some people with quite specific dietary needs; gluten free, and vegan to be specific. Nothing was too much and they loved it. “Alhamdulliah, I loved the food at this great establishment. The service was quick and speedy and the food was amazing to say the least. I ordered the t bone steak and also the chicken steak. These steaks were seasoned perfectly and had a generous amount of succulent fat in them. The sides which came along with the steak was mouth watering. Not just your low- quality cheap ingredients but something else which was more high quality. The lamb chops were grilled and they were super crispy to perfection. The mocktails were super tasty as well. Will look forward to eating at this restaurants in the future.”

“We have been dining at zing & zest for the past 7 years and can honestly say we enjoy it every time we go. The staff & manager are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their dishes. They will tweak a dish if possible or advise on which you'd enjoy based on your spice tolerance. We've probably tried most of the menu but here are some of our favourites dishes are, Starters - Lamb namkeen boti, chicken chaat puri & spicy hot rods. Mains - Lamb saagwala, Shashlik exotic karahi and Murgh Akbai. We also enjoy the Sunday buffet, which is a bargain! There's a choice of 4 different Starters and 4 different curries (1 is usually tikka masala for the kids) in the hot plates, then you order fresh rice and breads with the waiter when your ready for your main and he'll bring it over. Gives you chance to try dishes you've never had before, we love it. We have introduced many people to zing & zest over the years who have also fell in love with it. It's always our go to place to take friends & family to dine out, as we know we'll be looked after and well fed. Our kids also love it here, it's our daughter 1st choice everytime. We love supporting our local Indian. As our daughter says "Zing & Zest, is the Best!"”

“If you want authentic locally sourced 'pub grub' then this definitely is the place to go. The place is up in the hills and on entry you'll notice the old fashioned, authentic surroundings. It's very warm, lit by a woodburning fire has great beer, friendly service and delicious food. We'll be back thats for sure. Ps here's a tip.. Parking is a nightmare!! The car park is very small and surroundings are quite restricted due to residential housing and hills, expect your car to get dirty and don't drive up your brand new whip”

“Great place, I’m so glad we found it this time. Google maps sends you to a road in Shaw. So ensure you type in the actual address when wanting to come here and not click directions from google :) it will save you a 20 mins drive lol Great service, food is top notch, prices are good with a great atmosphere. Definitely will be back. They have gluten free bread. Although not celiac friendly, as the kitchen is not set up for A gluten free station. They did ensure the bread was grilled away from the areas wheat had touched. Kids menu available and also a Dog menu too. The staff were really helpful.”

“Didn't expect this from this place. Mrs was talking about going there for a long time. We went during the afternoon, it wasn't busy so we got seated straight away. The atmosphere and decor was amazing, I loved how the new modern glass building was connected to the old town hall building really blended in well. Service was as expected but the food well my burger meal was delicious hot and just hit the spot. The Mrs breakfast and cake looked good also and she wasn't disappointed”
