“Shopped here this morning after a nightmare journey from Urmston on thick fog. This was the only store in the North West with a rug on stock which our don and his fiance wanted for Xmas. One of the staff, Lindsey, was extremely helpful and helped us find the rug from their display. She was very friendly, but professional also and I was very impressed with her attitude which I am afraid is lacking in some retailers nowadays. Well done to her.”

“I hadn’t made an appointment as shifts at work makes it hard to plan absolutely every little thing, we had been to two shoe shops who wouldn’t see us without an appointment. Came here and we were seen almost straight away, we only needed two pairs of school shoes, the staff got the kids measured and showed us what they had in that size, kids liked them, I paid for them. “Good choice of styles, especially if looking for party shoes. Went for daughter's prom shoes and they had lots for her to chose from. We bought the 1st pair she tried. Very reasonable prices. Man who served us very pleasant and helpful. Returned a couple of weeks later to buy a bag to match prom shoes. Again good choice of colours and styles. The man who served us was again very helpful.
