"I went into the shop looking for summer shoes for me and my mum. I was ready to spend money on shoes. 3 staff were attentive to a lady and they 3 were overlooking at me while I was trying some of the shoes like if I owed something. Not one came to me to ask if they could help. I found it discriminatory as the British customers that came in the shop after me were being attended. Not one came to me, so I left."
