I was infuriated as I believed it was BCS Parts that mistakenly didn’t add the extra part that was required. So I left my local garage to travel a few miles to obtain the extra part for my vehicle. As soon as I arrived, a man called Pete attended to me straight away. I explained to him what the issue was, and he explained that my local garage made a mistake of not adding the extra part required to the order. Pete, diffused my frustration within moments and he made me realise that it wasn’t actually their wrongdoing. He also went above and beyond to give me the required part for free. He really didn’t need to that as I was more than happy to pay. These guys at BCS are really genuine and the warehouse looks as if they stick almost everything. Thanks once again BCS, Thanks Pete.”
