"I am a community nurse and noticed I had a puncture. Drove into kwik fit at 8.15am to be told quite directly they don't open till 8.30am, I asked if they could look at my puncture when they open and a man with ginger hair said 'I don't know, I've not looked at the diary yet and I've just walked in', quite abruptly and just wanted me gone. I then phoned at 11am to see if they could fit me in after seeing to a patient (first person I spoken with was nice and sounded like he was trying to help and fit me in) however, another man came on to the phone and I could tell it was the same man I met that morning, I explained I would be in the area until 12.30 seeing patients, and after this I would be too far out of the area to come back. He didn't listen to a single word and was offering me appointments at 3pm and 5pm! I need my car to see patients and really just needed some help with my tyre. (I ended up changing the wheel and putting my spare on as it was losing too much air, will take it somewhere else to be repaired). Will definitely not use Kwik Fit for anything again. Awful service!"
