"Recently booked return trips to Snowdonia, North Wales for 3 of us. It was the best part of our week long holiday. "Booked through the Slick, smart iPhone app of city cars bury from Birmingham city centre to Whitfield for amazing fixed price. Returned by the same Mercedes E class with Mr Khan. Spotless service received. This company really deserves more than 5-star for hiring cleaner, executive cars and super friendly yet most professional drivers I have ever seen! Will definitely call this cab company again. Highly recommended for long distance and happier journey. Thank you Mr Khan."

"Booked through the App, received a confirmation Text and that was that. The taxi didn't arrive and I missed my train. I didn't receive any further updates from the company - abysmal service. Pre paid the taxi too (as the App makes you) and it's unclear how i can get a refund. If anyone at the business sees this I'd appreciate you letting me know how to get my £36 back for a trip that didn't happen"

"Used the app to pre-book a taxi for a wedding for the groom and groomsmen to arrive at the venue (!!!). Received a notification that my booking was confirmed at the time it was due to arrive, with the status being stuck on (assigning driver) for over 10 minutes without anyone turning up. Cancelled and booked an Uber, which arrived within 3 minutes."
