"Pre booked a return mini bus a week in advance. I had to call to find out where it was and they know it was stuck somewhere else, the replacement cars for 10 people were late turning up and the returning mini bus didn’t turn up when it was booked for. Phoned up to find out where it was, cancelled it instead cause they didn’t know where it was. The driver then called me saying he was there and had been waiting (we were standing outside for over 10 minutes for it before finding alternate transportation) I told him that I had cancelled the taxi because he wasn’t there only to be shouted back with a very aggressive response. I have been using this company for a while but after the massive let down taking me and my family to my daughter’s christening I will not be using this company ever again!!!"

"Used this taxi firm yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent, my driver was Shaun who arrived on time, was patient, polite, and courteous, he did not have to use a sat nav for the journey (unlike some other big firms I have used in the past), he went the shortest route, and did not try and rip me off with the price. I will definitely be using this firm again in the future."
"Tonight my 16 year old got drunk at a party, his responsible friends tried to get him a taxi home and none of the taxis would take him (not that I blame them) I made a quick call to county cars and they collected my him and brought him home to me safely, I cannot thank you all enough!! I have been using this company for many years and they have never let me down, tonight just shows what a wonderful, caring team makes up this company, from the fabulous lady that answered my call to the kind, compassionate gentleman that brought my son home. Thank you all so much"
