The service is excellent - your requirements are listened too and I have never had a need to complain about the end result. The range of other dog products is also very good and worth a peruse. “The shop is within walking distance from where I work, so decided to pop in for a quote. Had caught my engagement ring in the freezer drawer! It was one mishap too far and the stone popped out of the claws. Utterly devastated I sought advice from a lovely lady who advised me the ring would be sent off for a free estimate and costing for the work. They didn’t disappoint. I received a text with a price and a time, if I was happy to go ahead, when my ring would be ready. It looks like new! I’m certain it has been cleaned and the small repair has been flawless. Cant thank the staff enough. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you so much. X”

Service was also lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal - even had some leftovers to look forward to at lunch the next day! Highly recommended.”
