"We went for the lunch menu, which was very reasonably priced. We had a snack of bread and whipped butter to start. Starter was a pea soup or a tenderstem broccoli dish with a cheese I can’t remember the name of, and pesto, both of which were very good. Main was the beef, which was beautiful. The potatoes with them as well were very good. The only disappointment was desert, which was bread and butter pudding with marmalade. The pudding itself needed to be hotter, it felt very dense, and the marmalade was quite bitter in places. This was all made up for by the beautiful custard though. All in all very good meal, but I think I’ll be booking the evening meal next time which is clearly the main event. I really wish some of the small plates available on an evening were also available during the day."

"Went there with my 14-year-old son on the way to a football game as I’ve heard good things. The food was absolutely unbelievable and the service was amazing as well. Also I thought the cost was pretty good less than £30 for a three course meal in the portions were big as well. What more could you ask for? Regards Lee Gueller"

"I've been hearing a lot about the vibe of Osma since it opened in Prestwich, where I live. Finally got to visit and my goodness I'm going again. Words fail in trying to describe the food other than it was sublime. Small plate after small plate came out each topping the previous one in taste and presentation. For me the star was the savoury bread and butter pudding with blue cheese. I'm not an advocate of natural wine but they don't dominate the wine list. We did however choose a Spanish white natural wine and it went well with each dish. Service is not rushed and we spent over 3 hours there. The waiter was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine/food and controlled the flow of the dishes so we had time to savour and chat. I will be going back to Osma and I would recommend giving it a try."
