"Went in this branch today to exchange the Silver 16inch Singapore Chain as shown on reciept for £16 only to be told at til that it was a 14inch one and she can only exchange £14 as thats what its worth because I bought it from the Oldham branch and they gave me a 14inch by mistake, but what I don't understand is neither could i find a £14 Singapore chain online nor instore so why was I as a customer left £2 short for their mistake nor can I find a singapore chain for £14 that justifies what she said to me. Last time I shop in there now after buying 2 rings 1 chain and 1 set of earrings. Amazing cust service!"

"The assistant was friendly and very helpful. I was interested in a couple of rings. She guessed the right size for me and informed me instead of buying them separately I could buy two £10 cheaper. I was very grateful and did buy the two in a matching set. Lovely girl . A credit to your staff"
