Chicken in Manchester

“Ordered from here twice now, both times the food was exceptional. Honestly don't know how anyone can leave a negative review for the place. Lots of veggies and fresh fish. The food is very tasty and authentic. The fish cakes are excellent and can definitely tell they are homemade, a lot of Thai restaurant/takeaways just buy these in bulk. The food was delivered quickly and piping hot by a friendly delivery man. A firm favourite of ours.”

“Went there last night with my family and we really enjoyed it. It was fairly quiet when we went, the inside looks nice and the tables are evenly placed. Everything we got tasted really nice, especially the Sriracha wings and the service was very good. The place only takes cash which was kind of bothersome. But we would definitely go again.”

“The food was really tasty and fresh I would recommend the mozzarella sticks for a starter as they are the nicest I've ever tried, pizza is great and juicy. Also the staff are very friendly and engage in conversation. It was calm and relaxed with no discomfort and I was able to enjoy a great meal with my family not the cheapest of places but you will have a great time. I noticed also that the staff were very helpful when it came to assisting a disabled person that was with another family there.”

“For fresh tasty food this is the place here in Oldham. Soon as we walked in the guy behind the counter said it's going to be a minimum 30 minutes as everything he was preparing was fresh. Was well worth the wait. Had a Tawa for 4. Starters were all fresh and tasty. A mix of everything apart from Chops. Maybe they were extra. Then we had 2 Karahi dishes which were extremely tasty and as were the fries too. No complaints here. The place was a nice clean environment. 5 stars from me. Will definitely be paying another visit next time I am in Oldham. Keep up the good work guys.”

“Ordered the Donna pizza and the lamb chops starter. Food was amazing. 10/10. Full of flavour and spices. And can I just mention I hope the manager ssseees this but a young lad called tayab. Very cheerful young man and great customer service. I have been served by him before at the amnol sweet house.”

“Awesome absolutely beautiful kebab, proper chicken, plus England scored their penalty against Denmark (euro’s in 2021) while I was in there the guy brought the phone over an we watched it, I would of missed it otherwise top lad.”

“Usually order from here as they do authentic halal food ( no pork at all ) but recently I like vegetarian food and yummy has variety of vegetarian dishes and they are really tasty. The vegetarian chicken tastes like real chicken and I can’t believe that it is made of bean. Very like it.”

“First time I went to German donner , nice clean , great location . I ordered two donner mix boxes with chips and cheese one was large and one regular size. I paid £1.50 for a large one , when I got both Donner mix boxes I was so confused because both boxes where the same size and looked equally filled up . I dont know how much extra donner can be crammed in to the same size box . I wouldn't bother paying extra £1.50. UPDATE 2ND VISIT Anyways so I went again to german donner , and the donner was burnt , I told a worker and she offered to give me some more donner but it was stil burnt They definitely probably got loads of complaints that day. UPDATE 3RD VIST So i visted German donner again on the 26.01.2022 I ordered a donnar kebab meal , i got to say it was it was very pricey but it was soo worth it . The food has really gone up in standard since my last vist . Best thing no burnt donner The staff where really lovely , but to be honest they always where lovely and helpful everytime i went . So i feel like German donner really does take in everyones feedback and works hard to make things right so il be giving them a better rating x”

“Very good experience had here. Good value for money, especially if you're with a family. Frequent discounts on top of good pricing means you can get excellent value for money. Service can be a little slow when at peak times, but not complaint-worthy levels of slow. Overall, can recommend!”

“Always clean and good food. Ordered 10 times from here. Never had any bad food. A little over time now and again, which you'd expect from a very popular takeaway. Food has only arrived slightly less than hot in all the times ordering from here, put that down to popularity of this place and overburdened busy shop. To the owners, keep up the hard work guys it's. Appeciated, keep that 5 food hygiene rating, it's what everyone should look at first when selecting a place to order from. All the best.”
