"I've just received my latest order from Gourmet Garden. We've used them for years but I now feel I have to share my thoughts. I have given 2 stars, and I only awarded these due to the food being so nice. If my score was based on the service alone I would have given a zero ! I ordered at 6pm and was not told of any expected delay in the delivery time. I was still sat waiting for my food at 7.20 pm so I decided to call and chase it up. I was told (via a well rehearsed lie) that the driver was on his way. Really ???? 20 minutes later, at 7.40 there was finally a knock on the door. I hasten to add, it woke me up !!!! Pull your socks up Gourmet Garden, or you'll lose a lot of custom !!"
