"First time ordering and won’t be ordering again. 1 hour 40 mins from order to delivery and having to chase to be told ‘we’ve been busy tonight’. Food arrived luke warm and lacking any taste or flavour. Hugely disappointed and a waste of money. Just been contacted by the store as under new management, if I delete my review I can receive a full credit for my order. Absolutely refused a credit and wouldn’t order from this branch again. A full refund is the option considered."

"I do not know why I still order from this place, often get undercooked pizza, forgotten items, burned desserts, if you order during the afternoon this place is amazing but soon as the sun sets I'd avoid. Honestly I'm fed up of constant disappointment.. these mistakes could be rectified with a little care."
