“I was involved in a non-fault accident, as a result was asked by my insurance company to use ‘their’ crash repair centre. After reviewing their garage ,I decided not to use their garage , as the reviews were not great . A family member advised me to choose Manchester Car Repairs instead, as I had the right to choose my own garage . After collecting my newly repaired Mercedes yesterday , I’m so very glad I chose Manchester Car Repairs . 100 % happy , why choose anywhere else, when MCR limited is Manchester’s best garage . “Similarly to other reviews, my husbands work van was completely undervalued by the insurance company when it was written off. Even after negotiating an extra £1000 on their initial valuation it was still no where near what was actually available on the market place for the same vehicle, condition, milage ect.. “My rear window wiper fell off / someone stole it. I had bought two separate vipers to try and replace myself but no matter what I did it wasn’t working. I asked family to help me with it who couldn’t do it because the bolts were all rusted. I brought my car in and the kind gentleman started repairing it straight away. He spent nearly 30 minutes happily and kindly repairing it because the viper and bolt was directly attached to the glass of my car and was all rusted so it needed to be done gently. In the end, he replaced it successfully and he didn’t even charge me for this. He fixed my car whilst I had parked it outside in the rain so I am extremely grateful for the help on such short notice and would’ve been happy to pay for this service. Thus, I am leaving a fitting five star review. Lovely garage with even lovelier people in it. Thank you”

“I have been using Sunny Bank for the last six years now, the staff are friendly and helpful and their charges very reasonable, last week at my MOT I had a headlight out it turned out to be a bad connection but difficult to get to which extended my MOT time an extra 15 to 20 mins , to repair my light in order to give me a pass for my MOT. I was pleased to see there was no extra time charged only the cost of the MOT it was a good will gesture on their part.
