"I'll join the other review to say they are the slowest garage that I ever been to. You go for an oil change and they say its going to take them couple of hours ???? Took them 5 hours....for an oil change although you have booked for an appointment. The are so bad that they convinced me to buy an electric car (something I never though I would do) to never have to see a mechanic again. Thank you captain slow ❤️❤️❤️"

"What fantastic customer service from start to finish. The car was booked in for a diagnostic test as the engine management light was on. I expected the worst, and was told it was just an issue with spark plugs. Phew so relieved. Nkitta on reception was lovely and very helpful, finding a quote for the cost of repair within 5min of the diagnostic result. The mechanic explained the fault in layman terms so I understood and the Manager was great."
