"I was involved in a non-fault accident, as a result was asked by my insurance company to use ‘their’ crash repair centre. After reviewing their garage ,I decided not to use their garage , as the reviews were not great . A family member advised me to choose Manchester Car Repairs instead, as I had the right to choose my own garage . My car was hit(hit and run) and they were really helpful and even provided a free fitting service for my door handle to temporarily get me back on the road. You really can't find helpful trades like this nowadays so I really appreciate it. Will definitely use the service and recommend in future"

"Five stars garage by owner John. Some one hittied my bmw 5 series badly while car parked, it cost nearly 5k to be repaired. John gave me two options when I visited he's garage, the first if want to pay in cash and sorted out without insurance involved. The second John referred me to speak with a guy called Colin to deal with the insurance claim. To be fair claim against the insurance was the best option as they sort the claim out within 30min and sent me another vehicle to drive on the insurance cost! The vehicle was Mercedes benz 22 plate. I left my bmw in MCR (John garage) to be fix. I can't tell the quality job and the friendly staff over there. Thank you so much John you are the best. ❤️ Highly recommended, don't panic speak to John straight away."
