“This location has two Hyatt's the Hyatt House & Hyatt Regency. Offers free breakfast, the Laureate restaurant is excellent! The rooms are beautiful and large. We stayed in the Bed & Breakfast part of the Hyatt House room 1316. The rooms were up to date and very clean.”

“Very reasonable price and fantastic location. Room was spotless and good amenities. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Free wifi and tv in each room. Also spotless. If I had to fault, the maid walked in in the morning at 8am, she did knock and walk in but I didn’t think I would need to put the “don’t clean” sign on the door as we were only staying one night. But overall a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again!”

“I needed a place to stay for one night, close to the airport, and this Holiday Inn proved to be a great choice. Not only it's close to the airport/train station (so you don't really need a taxi if you are travelling light) but it's also new, beautifully designed, clean and with lots of different tasty choices for breakfast. I've also had dinner at the restaurant and the only thing I would say is that maybe the price was a bit high compared to the portion of the food. Something that I really liked - the eco part - is that the key cards are wooden instead of plastic and the toiletries (shampoo etc.) were in refillable containers.”

“Stayed here recently and it was a treat, from entering the staff were super helpful. The room was incredibly spacious and the shower area is not separated by a wall, so imagine you'd have to be close to the person you're staying with! For me, this wasn't an issue but maybe for some. The gym was great, small but decent kit and the sauna and steam room a total treat too! The breakfast has loads of choice and again, staff very friendly. I would LOVE to go back soon. There is a mini art gallery on the first floor too and it is in a great location, close to Deansgate Station, Oxford Road and so much more.”

“I came from London to watch a football game, the Hotel is right next to the Tram station, St Peters Square which was amazing and made everything easy, also is was like an 8min walk to the Shopping Centre and all other shops which made it easy. The Hotel staff were nice, the lounge was chilled and comfortable, the room was modern, clean, a bit on the small side but doesn't really matter since I'm not living there, the bed was so so comfortable and a clean and powerful shower. I've been to Manchester a few times now and this was the first time I stayed in this hotel and I will definitely be making it the hotel I stay at from now on.”

“Great location, right next to arndale and printworks. Really clean, all staff were pleasant. Very secure, have to use fob for building floor and room entry. When we found a tin next to the beds with ear plugs in we thought we may get noise from the stree and bars across but honestly heard nothing at all, we were on second floor. There were a few car parks near by but it is walking distance from Victoria station. Doors are heavy and closers on them make them slam quite loud. Needs more milk for drinks, next time we will take our own. Very warm in apartment but all radiators have individual thermostat controls, it was nice to people watch the people leaving printworks in December seb zero temperature while in a cosy apartment.”

“Great cinema, probably one of the best I’ve been to. Went to see John Wick and the price was very good. What made it was the spacious & comfortable reclining leather seats, large drinks holder trays which fit my drinks, snacks and handbag! It was so comfortable I even took my shoes off and got super cosy. You can also get alcoholic beverages to take into the theatre! I’ve never seen this before so it was a nice added touch. Would recommended.”

“Went to watch The Lion King. On the circle in row B. Really great show, it's a must watch. Leg room was tight. I'm 6ft 2 and I would definitely go for a front row seat next time. Easy to get too as the train station is 30 seconds away. Can't fault it.”

“I have stayed in numerous hotels in Manchester however this is has got to be the best one I have stayed at so far! I recently stayed here for my friends birthday, the Guest Relations Manager was super accommodating and helped me setup my room for my friends birthday. She even kindly left a birthday card and small cake for my friend, thank you Viktorija. Exceptional 5 star service from all staff right from checking in right up until checking out and leaving the hotel. This was definitely a 5 star experience for myself and the welcome received from all staff was amazing. We had a small issue where our heating in the room was not working however the hotel accommodated promptly with a portable heater. Spa was also so beautiful and the overall look of the hotel is so aesthetically pleasing! 100% recommend this hotel, I don’t think I will book anywhere else now, it’s going to be my go to 5 star hotel. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you to all staff at The Edwardian this hotel is beautiful!!!!”

“I booked the Maldron for my cousins 50th birthday and was impressed from start to finish. I checked in on line the day before, so everything was ready for us when we arrived. The reception staff were lovely, very friendly and courteous and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was ready when we arrived and were very pleased with our allocated room and although we could see train line from our window we never heard any trains. My sister in law wanted some extra coffee and a couple of extra hangers and we had only just put the phone down to reception and someone was knocking on our door with requested items.. First class customer service. We had booked breakfast for our stay and we were both very impressed with the quality and selection available. The staff in the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful and took the time check everything was as we liked. I would recommend the breakfast to anyone. We chose the hotel for its location to the train station and restaurants and bars we were frequenting over the weekend. Had a fabulous time and was very impressed with the hotel and its staff.”

“Flixton Domino's Pizza are consistenly good. Jade is a great manager who resolved our issues with another branch professionally and without issue, five stars to you. Also delivery was excellent,and overall credit to Domino's (well done guys)”

“One of the best Turkish restaurant in the area. Beautiful seating hall. The seating area is very big but it was even on Wednesday afternoon. But we didn't have to wait. The food was absolutely delicious. Portion sizes are big. Other than Hummas everything was so delicious. I won't recommend Hummas from this place. Very friendly and polite staff. And service was fast as well. No dedicated parking”

“I was greeted almost immediately upon entering, by a lovely gentleman who asked me what I was looking for. He spotted my awe in the vast size of the bottom floor. I was given a very warm welcome and felt like a VIP. Chose the stairs as I was not too high up. Amazing place, quite surreal in that despite its size, there is still a personal hospitality from all of the staff, not impersonal. I was blown away.”

“Just returned from a 2 night break and planning when to go again. First time in a wheelchair staff couldnt do enough to help. All staff shared in with a laugh and were so friendly. Room was large and very clean, bar service first class , bar food good value and breakfast so good all hot and fresh with a great choice. Left very happy. aall food was hot and fresh with”

“Really enjoyed my stay here. Clean, comfortable and quiet despite being pretty busy. What I really appreciated was the fact it appears to have enough staff. Ever since the pandemic we've had to deal with places being understaffed and all the negatives that brings. Here, you don't have to sit and be patient as some under-trained, overworked teenager struggles to accomplish basic tasks. There are enough people and they know what they're doing. They are also friendly in doing it. I'd definitely stay here again.”

“Used a voucher for Tapas afternoon tea, think this one beats the English version. We were served by a friendly member of staff, it would have been nice to have items explained what they were. Sat on a nice comfy sofa in the window drinking a G&T watching the word go by .”

“Visited on Sunday 18th April 2021 - Pay and Paddle / Self Launch With the current C-19 restrictions, we've not been able to get to the lake district for a while, and were looking for somewhere close to home for a relaxed family paddle. We have our own boats and equipment, so were looking for somewhere we could self launch and enjoy some family time. After speaking to one of their really helpful staff, Shannon, by email - we booked a two slots online for the early morning. Arriving about 15 minutes before our time to check in, we were issued with tags for our boats and given details on where we could paddle (there was a water polo game in progress in a small area, and in the afternoon the deeper end of the lake hosts powered craft and some open water swimmers. We were lucky with the weather, warm, sunny with only a slight wind - as otherers have mentioned, some areas of the lake are fairly shallow, however this didn't cause us to ground out either kayak, or struggle paddling. The water was exceptionally clear and there was plenty of wildlife - keeping a respectful distance - the kids enjoyed seeing the gees and swan nests. It was a great fun day out, exceptional value for money and one we plan to recreate as soon as we're able! Thank you to everyone on site!”

“Awesome food. Great waitress who served us. Cannot remember her name but she has 10 nieces and nephews she was telling us. She's was great with our 4 year old. She is a credit to the Airport Pub. When we return to fly from man we will certainly return. Great to watch the planes land. My little one and big kids loved it”

“Difficult to find from Sat Nav but we got there in the end. It was perfect for us as we were there for The Dream Syndicate at Band On The Wall which was less than five minutes walk. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was busy as some football fans from Germany were there too. Their team got beaten 7-0 off Manchester City so understand subdued.”

“Absolutely wonderful Spa experience! I had an amazing full body massage, enjoyed a relaxing facial and even got a lovely manicure. The staff are so lovely and sweet, especially the lovely Danae who also me through my treatments. Cannot recommend this place enough, always such great service every time!”
