"Rooms were really clean an spacious. Well laid out and a great use of space.. Really friendly staff would've given it 5 ⭐️ if it wasn't for the traffic you could hear most of the night due to its location but I probably would put me off a revisit"

"Stayed here during the summer and it was easily the worst hotel experience of 2022, primarily because of the rudeness of a member of staff. I was so annoyed I even wrote a letter to the hotel manager, but did not receive the courtesy of a reply. I reluctantly booked for this week as there were no other options, and I had low expectations. This time however it was totally different, the room was clean, but what made the difference was the young lady in reception - friendly and helpful, and a really great ambassador for the hotel. Any business is no better than their staff, and this most recent experience goes a long way in demonstrating that. Her older colleague would do well to spend some time watching how she deals with people."

"I like Premier Inns, usually stay at the Mottram Wood one but stayed here as better for bus's to Manchester. Room the same good, functional set up but no USB port on the bed-side lightswitch so remember your plugs. Staff friendly, Brewers Fare pub yards away. Marked location down as just off the Denton roundabout which travellers will know is a pain in the proverbial."
