“Great little pub with friendly staff and very reasonable pricing. I often buy vouchers for my parents as a treat and they always have a good time and really enjoy the food. A little gem tucked away next to Golden Days garden centre. Would highly recommend.”

“Lovely little pub in the heart of Poynton. Good seating area out the front and a covered, well-ventilated area at the back. Good range of beers (weihenstephan my personal favourite) and wine. Cheerful staff, helpful and accommodating. Toilets are always clean. Glad to see it survived lockdown!!”

“The food is always good quality, it seems to have become a little bit more expensive than our last visit. £15 a Tandoori Mixed grill, mains around £13 with rice extra. The staff were helpful and attentive and alcohol prices reasonable for a restaurant. Top marks for getting the No Fresh Coriander right and for pointing out that one of the relishes had coriander leaves in it. Prices still the same, so relatively cheaper! Still the same quality and friendly staff.”

It’s a really chilled coffee shop, which is nice to come and grab a coffee and if you wanted many different cake selections. “I’ve just had their beyond meat burger and it’s by far the best burger I’ve ever had! Not just vegan/vegetarian but any burger. It was so flavoursome and well presented. The chips were great too! Delivery was quick and I loved that the packaging didn’t include any plastic.”
