"The coffee is OK and I know the brand has its fans. However, this place needs a good clean IMO. This is based on a number of visits. The windows have been cleaned - with a dirty mop by the looks of them. I don't think this is a reflection of those working there as I only ever see 2 colleagues who appear pretty busy all of the time. It must just be the model Caffè Nero use. Or maybe someone can enlighten me."

"This has to be the worst coffee and service I’ve had in a long time. The guy who served me with glasses had the customer service skills of a crocodile!! I ordered a latte that was like a flat white no steamed frothy milk which is standard. I won’t be back here ever again, as once was defo enough."
