"This place has gone down hill! The place is disgustingly dirty!! Every single table was dirty! As was the floor! With liter all over the place, We had to wipe down our oun table and it was vile (see pictures) and there's zero!!! Excuse as it wasn't even busy, we actually watched the staff walk past a dirty fork on the floor numerous times, the place is also like a youth club with groups of none paying teens"

"I hate to write negative reviews but I have to be honest and say This is the dirtiest costa I've ever been to. The toilets are awful!! Really really bad. The service is not the best. I have rarely had a hello from the women on the till and one in particular left another (who was lovely and working very hard on the machine making the coffees and doing most of it herself) she didn't come to see what I was ordering and continued chatting to her friend over the counter which went on for quite a while. I have two in my local area and go to the other due to how poor the service is and how dirty the toilets and place seems to be. Real shame as I have witnessed alot of carers using this place with special needs adults. They really should take more care."

"Probably one of the best costa establishments I have been too. Let me start by saying that the staff are so friendly and nice. It’s a really chilled coffee shop, which is nice to come and grab a coffee and if you wanted many different cake selections. Once again the staff members are so welcoming and that is probably the number one reasoning behind it being the best one I have been too."
