“So a long story short we was in a accident and the original approved body shop that my insurance was using "fix auto wigan" over priced the job and caused more damaged to my vehicle causing the vehicle to be a total loss. Luckily I saw a post from mendadent showing a similar situation but they had managed to get involved and stop the customers car being a write off, so I got in touch. As soon as I spoke to them they immediately told me it wasn't a write off and instructed me on what to do. Without the help of kris, Sue Zoe and the rest of the team I would have accepted the write off and been massively ripped off. But thanks to mendadent my car is as good as new and isn't a write off! We can't thank you enough for your kind caring work and can only wish that there was more company's like yours out there, the work your have done is incredible and everybody keeps commenting on my car and how well you have repaired it. “I went into BCS Parts today (Wednesday). My local garage ordered in a part for my Vauxhall Astra yesterday but couldn’t fit it until today, only to realise that an additional part was required to complete the job. I was infuriated as I believed it was BCS Parts that mistakenly didn’t add the extra part that was required. So I left my local garage to travel a few miles to obtain the extra part for my vehicle. As soon as I arrived, a man called Pete attended to me straight away. I explained to him what the issue was, and he explained that my local garage made a mistake of not adding the extra part required to the order. Pete, diffused my frustration within moments and he made me realise that it wasn’t actually their wrongdoing. He also went above and beyond to give me the required part for free. He really didn’t need to that as I was more than happy to pay. These guys at BCS are really genuine and the warehouse looks as if they stick almost everything. Thanks once again BCS, Thanks Pete.”
