"Really took care of me and persevered with a frustrating Insurance company after I was forced to find my own repairer after being rear ended and my Insurer failed to give me a repair date after 12 weeks! ! The Insurer was footing the bill but were a pain to deal with but Mendadent (Scott was my contact) kept me in the loop constantly and got everything squared away in the end and car looked good as new. "So a long story short we was in a accident and the original approved body shop that my insurance was using "fix auto wigan" over priced the job and caused more damaged to my vehicle causing the vehicle to be a total loss. Luckily I saw a post from mendadent showing a similar situation but they had managed to get involved and stop the customers car being a write off, so I got in touch. As soon as I spoke to them they immediately told me it wasn't a write off and instructed me on what to do.
