"It was an ordinary experience. I thank the workers for doing the service work. I bought a Major Service and at the end of the day I found the car exactly in same situation. I've been to many other places in the past and what they do is they give the car a good wash at the end so it looks fresh and definitely feels like it's been through some sort of care. This wasn't the case at Halfords and when I asked I got a straight no. I suggest Halfords to rethink this."

"Had a clutch and Dual mass flywheel changed in my Audi Q5 at a cost of £1400. It’s only lasted 30,000 miles I was assured at the time the parts were as good as Audi but now I have taken it to the Audi dealer they have said it is a sub standard brand. Audi or Halfords are lying but the fact remains that a £1400 clutch replacement has only lasted 30k miles. Properly gutted and won’t be able to use them again because of this."
