“Attended here with Audrey my cat who had an ingrown dewclaw. Getting an appointment and advised over the phone was easy, on arrival the premises was clean and nice. Vet was lovely and solved the problem in 2 minutes without stressing my cat. The receptionist was fantastic polite and only charged a nominal fee as I hadn't taken up a full consultation. Great vets, my family have used for all there pets and will continue to use for mine”

“Me and my girlfriend have been to this tattoo shop and the their old shop a good few times over the last couple of years and my mum went yesterday and she was pleased with the art work done on her arm and neither of us can say a bad word about it at all. We have all used the same tattooist "Dawn" which isn't a preference just a coincidence. Great art work with good prices. This picture is of my girlfriend's latest tattoo done just over a week ago. She loves it as does everyone else who has seen it.”

“Recently visited Recently visited Oldham’s pet shop just to check out their fish selection after they kindly gave me some info via Instragram. I’m very much into tropical fish keeping, most local shops will offer your general big name products for tropical fish but you tend to find anything other than beginner tropical fish stuff is lacking in local shops. I was pleasantly surprised by OIdham’s though. They don’t have loads of tropical fish species, but they do have some stuff other than the normal guppies/tetra (they also had them!) and clearly the fish were well cared for. Didn’t notice any signs of stress, clean (and clearly cycled) water and tanks. Fish I purchased (Siamese fighter/Betta) settled into his new home almost instantly which suggests to me he was looked after in his old home as well. Even when they were removing the fish from the tank and packaging him up for me they handled him extremely well! All the other gubbins you’d want for your basic fish keeping needs as well. Did have non-tropical fish as well but didn’t really look at them. Loads of other stock around for other animals, birds, rabbits, dogs and cats. Some very friendly looking dogs (owners? Friend of owner? not sure!) were in when I visited. Plenty of other general pet/garden items, got some sunflower and wildflower seeds which have germinated well. Oldham’s is a classic old fashioned pet shop, with absolutely lovely staff (even the young Saturday work lads were super friendly!) who ask the right basic questions about the fish I was purchasing. Genuinely do recommend them!”
