"Terrible customer service! EXTREMELY RUDE! staff, they tried to make me feel terrible because of my circumstances and all this was just trying to book an appointment! Needless to say I canceled and took my animal into a more understanding and friendly vets. I would not spend my money on this company, I would recommend finding a indipendant vets that understand people and care about the owners as well as the animals. I will not be booking my animals into a vets4pets again but this particulour experience was with the Oldham branch."

Not only did we get offered a consultation room for privacy on arrival but the Vet (Miriam) was extremely patient, calm and kind. A very difficult time but a huge thank you for everything yesterday."
