"Felt my time was massively wasted here the other day. Staff told me if I spend over £100 I get one (these) items half price. One of (these) was two necklaces in one for £70 which seemed to good to true…so I clarified that if I buy this £115 item I get (these) for £35 instead of £70. She said yes,, then it came to till time and both necklaces were £70 EACH meaning a £35 add on just became a £105 add on because only one of them got discounted. This is false advertising and it’s not allowed. The lady said it was a mistake on her side and the price tag should have said ‘from’ neither of which are my problem. Anyway…I walked out and didn’t purchase any. Hate being loyal to a company and they waste my time. #iknowmyrights"
"Purchased a spare of the moment bracelet and a number of charms for a anniversary. Staff was friendly and more than willing to help. Unfortunately unlike other stitesithe price's are not on display so be careful as my gift became quite expensive really quick. Cant fault the service provided thank you"
