"I placed an order online around 1:40pm and my order said it would be ready at 2pm. I called around 1:50 to make sure my order was being done and the lady said she was going to get to work on it. When I arrived at 2pm I had to wait 37 minutes for my order to finally be made. I am here on business and waiting is not an option for me. I was so frustrated and disgusted by the lack of service and professionalism in this establishment that I almost cancelled my order but I was so hungry so I had no choice but to wait. I will not be coming back to this location at all."
